About the project

PITA is implementing BREB project, as part of the activity “Building Regional Economic Bridges”, funded by The United States Agency for International Development- USAID. The project aims to Upskilling and development of mid-level professionals in the Palestinian ICT companies to ensure the development of hi-tech business sphere, and to equip their next generation of leaders with the needed skill set to support in better positioning of Palestinian ICT sector. 

The objectives of the project are:

• Upscaling the companies’ human capital resources, as the mid-level employees (Team Leads) will obtain higher qualifications that meet the international standards and will be able to train their teams.
• Contributing to the exposure to niche markets and trends, and ameliorating the technology workplace experience and better leverage technology to drive knowledge sharing, and exchanging of best practices.
• Increasing the companies’ potentials for competing, expanding and for contracting with other markets.
• Having new projects and contracts which will increase the staffing levels inside the companies.
